Essential Requirements

Vaccination Certificate

All cats staying with us must be fully vaccinated (F3 vaccination or higher within the past twelve months), and the most recent vaccination must have been administered at least 14 days before check-in. This timeframe allows sufficient time for antibodies to establish protection against contagious diseases. 

We require current vaccination certificate either at the time of booking or no later than 14 days before the pet’s check-in date for boarding.

Worming/Flea Treatment

We require that all cats staying with us have received worming and flea treatment within one month prior to check-in, whether they are indoor or outdoor cats.

Desexed

We only accept desexed cats for boarding. Kittens must be at least 4 months old and desexed.

Acceptable Age of Cats

Cats must be over 4 months old to stay with us. 

Cat Health Condition

Boarding cats must appear healthy, particularly with no signs of upper respiratory illness.

Medication and Care

If your cat requires special care or medication, please be sure to communicate with us in advance.

Of course! Visits and inspections are by appointment only because we want to ensure the best experience for our furry guests currently staying with us. Please understand that we are unable to accommodate walk-in visits. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Peak periods include South Australia public holidays, Easter holidays, and the Christmas holiday period (from December 20th to January 8th).

During these times, we experience higher demand and may have different policies or rates. If you have any questions about booking during these periods, please feel free to ask.

Yes, during off-peak periods, the minimum stay is two nights. For peak periods, please refer to the following:

Peak Periods Minimum Stay:
– Long Weekends: 3 nights
– Easter: 4 nights
– Christmas: 7 nights

We have established check-in and check-out times every day:
– Check-in & Check-out Time: 9:00am – 11:30am / 2:00pm – 4:30pm

Please note the following options:
– Check-in/Check-out During out-of-hours (12:00pm – 2:00pm) Fee: $25 (Appointments must be arranged in advance and are subject to staff availability.)

Yes, it’s crucial to use a carrier when checking in your cat. It provides safety during transportation and serves as a familiar hiding spot in their room, helping them adjust comfortably to their holiday stay.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additionally, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Regarding Cancellation or Modifications to Bookings and “No-Shows”:

A charge of 50% of the full booking amount will apply if the booking is canceled or modified within 7 days of the check-in date (or within 14 days if any part of your booking period includes peak dates).

A charge of 100% of the full booking amount will apply if the booking is canceled or modified within 24 hours of the check-in date (or within 48 hours if any part of your booking period includes peak dates), or if you do not attend your scheduled booking.

Yes, you can bring your cat’s own food, whether it’s raw, canned, or dry. However, the food needs to be individually portioned and labeled for each meal. Please inform us in advance of the amount and feeding instructions, and we will follow your directions. (Please note: We feed twice daily and can only provide feedings during business hours.)

For your cat’s well-being, please bring their medications in the original container, labeled with veterinary details and instructions (expired medications cannot be accepted). There is a daily administration fee of $5.00 for all veterinarian-prescribed medications.

If your cat needs a complex medication schedule crucial for its health, we recommend boarding them at your veterinarian’s office for their safety and comfort. They can provide specialized care that ensures your cat’s needs are met effectively.

We conduct daily scheduled checks and closely monitor the cats. If we notice any abnormalities in your cat’s condition and it begins to worsen, we will promptly notify you. If we are unable to reach you, we will take your cat to the veterinary hospital for professional care and treatment. (All charges for veterinary care and transportation will be your responsibility as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.)

Certainly! Our cat accommodations consist of individual rooms, each hosting only one group of cats from the same household. Your cat will not come into contact with cats from other families, whether they are staying in the room or playing in the playground.

Additionally, each cat room is furnished with cozy cat houses for resting and privacy. Your cat’s carrier will be opened and left in the room upon arrival, allowing them to adjust at their own pace.

Moreover, we can provide a covered blanket to increase your cat’s sense of security by covering the cat house. If you anticipate needing this service, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

We offer accommodation discounts for long-term stays: a 5% discount for 14 nights and a 10% discount for 28 nights.

Yes, we have parking spaces right in front of our facility.

We currently provide cat transportation services within a 20-kilometer driving distance from our facility. Simply select the ‘Extra Service for Cat Taxi’ when booking through our booking system and discuss the pick-up time with us. (Additional fees and conditions apply)
